• How do I choose the right size?

• Do your clothes run true to size?
  Our garments are designed to fit true to size with a slightly relaxed silhouette for ease of movement. They are not meant to be restrictive or tight.

• What age group does each size correspond to?
  Our sizes are based on standard age ranges, but since every child grows differently, we recommend referring to measurements rather than age alone.

• What if the size doesn’t fit?
  We offer easy exchanges in case the size isn’t right. You can request an exchange within the specified return window.

Fabric and Comfort

• What fabrics do you use?
  We primarily work with 100% natural, breathable fabrics like cotton, gauze, and linen that are gentle on the skin and suited for everyday wear.

• Are your clothes suitable for sensitive skin?
  Yes. Our fabrics are chosen to be soft, non-irritating, and comfortable for prolonged wear, even for sensitive skin.

• Are your clothes suitable for Indian weather?
  Absolutely. Breathability and comfort in warm climates are central to our design process, making our pieces ideal for everyday use.

• Will the fabric shrink or soften after wash?
  Natural fabrics may undergo minimal shrinkage after the first wash. They also tend to soften over time, becoming more comfortable with use.

• Are the dyes safe for children?
  We ensure that all dyes and processes used are safe and suitable for children’s clothing.

Care Instructions

• How should I wash these clothes?
  We recommend gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.

• Can they be machine washed?
  Yes, most of our garments are machine washable on a gentle cycle.

• Will the color bleed?
  Some natural and hand-dyed fabrics may release slight color during the first few washes. Washing separately initially is recommended.

• Do they require special care?
  No special care is needed, just gentle handling to ensure longevity.

Orders and Payments

• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets.

• Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
  COD is available for select locations.

• Can I modify or cancel my order?
  Orders can be modified or cancelled within a short window after placing them. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

• How long will delivery take?
  Orders are typically dispatched within a few days and delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Do you ship across India?
  Yes, we ship pan-India.

• Do you offer international shipping?
  We are currently working on offering international shipping soon.

• How can I track my order?
  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

• What are the shipping charges?
  We offer free shipping for orders above ₹3000. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

• What is your return/exchange policy?
  We accept returns and exchanges within a limited time window, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with tags intact. In case of returns, we offer you store credits in the form of coupons that can be availed any time for upto 3 months.

• How do I request an exchange?
  You can initiate an exchange by contacting us with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process.

• Are sale items eligible for return?
  Sale items are typically not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
